This role provides the opportunity to influence plant performance, develop maintenance talent, and play a critical role in ongoing facility expansion and reliability initiatives.Job DescriptionLead daily maintenance activities for production and facility equipmentManage, coach, and develop a maintenance team of 10+ employeesDrive preventative and predictive maintenance initiativesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issuesEnsure equipment uptime and rapid response to breakdownsMaintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentationPartner with production and sanitation teams to maximize equipment performanceSupport emergency response activities and facility safety effortsMonitor maintenance metrics and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and safety requirementsCoordinate outside contractors and service providers when necessaryMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
