Job Description

Here are the key responsibilities :

  • Lead maintenance efforts for production equipment, utility systems, and facility infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
  • Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve uptime and operational efficiency.
  • Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventories.
  • Identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact production.
  • Oversee general building maintenance, utilities, and facility improvements.
  • Support infrastructure projects and ensure a safe, functional work environment.
  • Coordinate specialized repairs and contractor services as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and corrective action programs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and support maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations and production teams.
  • Manage contractor relationships and oversee project execution.
  • Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across departments

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Supervisor should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
  • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
