Following recent expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to help support continued operational excellence and growth.Job DescriptionLead daily maintenance operations in support of production goalsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, steam, and control system issuesMaintain equipment including fillers, cappers, kettles, conveyors, pumps, compressors, boilers, and related processing systemsImprove preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and maintenance proceduresConduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to minimize downtimeSupport equipment installation, calibration, and process improvementsAssist with basic PLC troubleshooting and VFD adjustmentsEnsure maintenance documentation is accurate and audit-readyCoordinate facility maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, welding, and general repairsPartner with operations leadership to improve plant performance and reliabilityProvide guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel and contractorsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
