Job Description

  • Supervise and manage daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Siemens PLCs, Allen-Bradley systems, and HMI programming.
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance team performance and technical skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in maintenance supervision within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting, including Siemens PLCs and Allen-Bradley systems.
  • Understanding of HMI programming and operation.
  • Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.
  • Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
