Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar Jobs* Join a growing operation investing in equipment and expansion* Highly technical role with strong autonomy and impactAbout Our ClientA growing dietary supplement manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer partnership is expanding its operations and investing in its people, processes, and future growth.Job DescriptionPerform hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across manufacturing and facility equipment.Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.Diagnose and repair PLC, HMI, motor control, and automation-related issues.Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment ranging from approximately 1-150 HP.Work with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, VFDs, motor controls, and Delta systems.Support facility maintenance activities and ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational.Partner closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to quickly resolve equipment-related issues.Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.Follow GMP and health & safety requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance documentation.Provide technical expertise and leadership within the maintenance function while remaining highly hands-on day-to-day.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Maintenance Supervisor should have:10 plus years Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.Experience supporting large-scale production equipment.PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.HMI programming experience.Experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley controls.Strong knowledge of VFDs, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems.Dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated food manufacturing experience preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.Ability to work a 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift with flexibility as needed.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.Permanent position with long-term growth potential.Additional benefits to be confirmed.Interested?
