Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the client conference center, ensuring smooth execution of events and meetings.
  • Coordinate and oversee a team of staff to deliver excellent client services.
  • Ensure all conference rooms are properly set up and equipped with necessary materials and technology.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the center.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Handle scheduling and logistics to avoid conflicts and maximize space utilization.
  • Prepare reports on center usage, client feedback, and operational performance.
