The organisation invests heavily in its people, technology and facilities, creating an environment where technical leaders can make a real impact.Job DescriptionLead EHS oversight across chemical processing, plating operations, wet benches and hazardous material storage.Own hazardous waste management as a RCRA Large Quantity Generator, including profiling, manifesting, reporting and waste minimisation.Manage environmental permitting across air, wastewater, stormwater, SPCC and hazardous materials programmes.Oversee wastewater pretreatment systems, sampling, metals removal and regulatory reporting.Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and drive improvements in ventilation and engineering controls.Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.Develop and deliver EHS training covering chemical handling, hazardous waste, PPE and emergency response.Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate drills with internal teams and external responders.Carry out internal audits and support regulatory inspections.Partner with Engineering, Facilities and Operations to embed EHS into process changes and capital projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
