Manufacturing Construction Superintendent

• Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee on-site safety compliance, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and company standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy during project implementation.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
• Ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to project specifications.
