Job Description

This Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Leading manufacturing process improvement initiatives across production operations
  • Developing and implementing manufacturing methods to improve quality and efficiency
  • Supporting new product introduction and production ramp-up activities
  • Collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve production challenges
  • Analyzing manufacturing data and identifying opportunities for cost reduction
  • Driving continuous improvement projects focused on safety, productivity, and performance

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience within a regulated industry
  • Experience supporting aerospace, aviation, turbine, or engine manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production workflows
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
