Job Description

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production methods
  • Analyze production data to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and throughput
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues on the production floor
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve manufacturing performance
  • Evaluate opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions
  • Support tooling, setup, and machining process improvements
  • Help drive best practices across a highly advanced CNC machining environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

  • Experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role within a CNC machining environment
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and production methods
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing issues
  • Experience analyzing manufacturing data and implementing process improvements
  • CAD/CAM experience, preferably SolidWorks



Preferred

  • Aerospace, nuclear, semiconductor, oil & gas, or other precision manufacturing experience
  • Engineering degree or related technical education
  • Continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
