You'll work with massive, highly engineered components, advanced multi-axis machining centers, and a fully integrated digital manufacturing environment that is being built from the ground up.Job DescriptionProgram and optimize complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machining operations for large-scale precision components supporting critical defense applications.Develop fully associative CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM while supporting a fully integrated digital manufacturing environment.Validate and simulate machining processes using advanced verification tools to ensure efficiency, quality, and first-pass success.Collaborate with machinists, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to drive continuous process improvements and solve complex manufacturing challenges.Support the development of digital manufacturing standards, workflows, automation initiatives, and PLM integration efforts.Improve tooling strategies, machine utilization, cycle times, and overall production performance.Provide hands-on shop floor support during machine prove-outs, troubleshooting, first-article inspections, and process validation activities.Play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing operations by helping build and enhance next-generation CNC programming and digital manufacturing systems.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
