This is a hands-on environment where engineering, machining, quality, and technology teams work closely together to improve processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous innovation.Job DescriptionThis Manufacturing Engineer position focuses on advanced CNC programming, digital manufacturing, and process optimisation for large, complex precision-machined components. They will be comfortable working across engineering and production environments, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have experience supporting precision machining operations for complex components.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.Strong CNC programming experience within a CAD/CAM environment, ideally including multi-axis machining.Knowledge of manufacturing process development, GD&T, tooling, and machining best practices.Experience supporting production teams through process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required security clearance credentials.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a technically advanced manufacturing organisation undertaking significant investment in digital transformation and engineering excellence.
