The business continues to invest in operational excellence, manufacturing capabilities, and new product development to support long-term growth.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in improving manufacturing operations, supporting production activities, and implementing process enhancements across a specialized manufacturing environment. They will demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.Experience developing manufacturing processes and production documentation.Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, quality systems, or process validation.What's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected engineering and manufacturing organization working on technically challenging products within a collaborative environment.
