They are a growing organization with an excellent culture and benefits!Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will:Design, develop, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve overall process capability.Provide day‑to‑day technical support to production operations, troubleshooting process issues and driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.Specify, evaluate, and support installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, and technical reports.Support new product introduction (NPI), process development, and scale‑up from pilot to full production.Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure processes meet internal standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
