Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for complex engineered products
  • Manage the full lifecycle of new product introductions, ensuring timelines are met
  • Evaluate and deploy tooling, fixtures, and production equipment in collaboration with suppliers
  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards, cost targets, and production capacity requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and production to support business goals
  • Monitor and optimize existing processes to maintain consistency and reliability
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively with leadership and key stakeholders
