The company delivers advanced polymer processing solutions that help manufacturers improve productivity, product quality, and operational efficiencyJob DescriptionServe as the primary liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure successful implementation of designs, processes, and product improvements.Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers and other technical team members.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.Support manufacturing readiness for new products, engineering changes, and process improvements.Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, workflow, and production methods.Partner with design engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges.Develop and implement standardized manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and best practices.Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to quality, safety, and operational performance.Assist in strategic planning for future manufacturing engineering resources, capabilities, and organizational growth.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
