The organization partners with leading customers to deliver complex, high-impact products through advanced manufacturing capabilities and a strong continuous improvement culture.Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.Support advanced manufacturing operations including CNC turning and milling, Wire EDM, laser processes, welding, polishing, finishing, cleaning, passivation, assembly, and inspection activities.Create, review, and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and engineering change documentation.Develop and revise CAD models and CAM programs to support manufacturing operations.Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements.Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers to improve manufacturability and support cost reduction efforts.Create standard work instructions and process documentation to support operational excellence.Apply today for immediate consideration!
