Employees are supported through strong engineering leadership, exposure to modern manufacturing technologies, and a working environment that values safety, quality, and professional development.Job DescriptionReporting directly into the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Design, develop, and implement molding equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processesSupport the setup, qualification, and ongoing optimization of molding‑based production linesCreate and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation for equipment and processesAnalyze manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and quality improvementsTroubleshoot existing molding systems and resolve process or equipment issuesCollaborate closely with production, engineering, and other stakeholders to drive design and process improvementsAssist with the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipmentDevelop and implement cost‑reduction initiatives and quality control measuresEnsure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with all safety and regulatory standardsParticipate in cross‑functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesSupport ad‑hoc technical projects as required by the businessMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
