Job Description

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and enhance output.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Design and test new manufacturing equipment and tools to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all manufacturing operations.
  • Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment usage.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on production performance and improvement initiatives.
