They are known for a commitment to innovation and excellence, while providing a supportive environment where engineering professionals can thrive and make a significant impact.Job DescriptionDevelop and optimize stamping processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.Create and implement manufacturing plans and workflows to meet production goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new tooling and equipment.Monitor and analyze production data to identify and address inefficiencies.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.Support new product launches: tooling, process development, and ramp-upReceive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and QuotingHelp lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work InstructionsConduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements.Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnelMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
