Job Description

  • Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput.
  • Support new product launches: tooling, process development, validation (PPAP/APQP), and ramp-up
  • Receive Customer Designs, perform DFMA and Quoting
  • Help lean out established processes and supporting Engineering Documentation (BOMs, SOPs, Work Instructions
  • Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or 4 years of experience
  • 5+ years manufacturing experience; in a machining setting
  • Knowledge of process engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; CAD/SolidWorks and ERP (Plex) a plus.
