Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsOppertunity to join niche manufacturer within the automotive industryTerrific benefits and growth oppertunity within the organizationAbout Our ClientMy client is a U.S.-based automotive manufacturing and emissions technology company specializing in aftermarket solutions for diesel engines, particularly in the heavy-duty and commercial vehicle market.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer are:Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new and existing productsManage the full lifecycle of new product introduction (NPI), ensuring timely and successful product launchesCollaborate with suppliers to support tooling, fixtures, and equipment design and procurement.Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards, production capacity, and cost objectives.Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product qualityProvide hands-on engineering support to production, including troubleshooting and process optimizationPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Production teams to align manufacturing capabilities with business needsSupport internal and external audits, testing, and validation efforts.Maintain and update technical documentation, work instructions, and process specificationsIf interested, please apply using the link below.
