Job Description

Design, develop, and deploy manufacturing processes for engineered products and systems.
Support full lifecycle of new product introduction, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Work closely with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and suppliers to support manufacturing operations.
Ensure processes meet product specifications, capacity requirements, and cost targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and production output.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Production.
Support development of organizational goals through engineering and process improvements.
Apply hands-on engineering approaches to sheet metal processes and manufacturing equipment.

The Successful Applicant

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
Experience supporting new product introduction and process development.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
Knowledge of vehicle emissions systems or testing methods is a plus.
