Job Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy manufacturing processes for engineered products and systems.
  • Support full lifecycle of new product introduction, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with tooling, fixtures, equipment, and suppliers to support manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure processes meet product specifications, capacity requirements, and cost targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and production output.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Production.
  • Support development of organizational goals through engineering and process improvements.
  • Apply hands-on engineering approaches to sheet metal processes and manufacturing equipment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction and process development.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Knowledge of vehicle emissions systems or testing methods is a plus.
