The facility serves as a flagship operation within the broader organization and plays a critical role in supporting expanding product lines and strategic growth initiatives.Job DescriptionLead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Programmers, and New Product Introduction Engineers.Serve as the primary engineering leader supporting machining, fabrication, tooling, and manufacturing process development.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost reduction.Develop and implement manufacturing processes, work instructions, and process controls to support production objectives.Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to achieve business goals.Support new product introductions and scale products from development through full production.Lead capital equipment projects, manufacturing layouts, automation initiatives, and process optimization efforts.Analyze production data and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies throughout the operation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
