This position will serve as a key technical resource for plant operations and maintenance while helping drive modernization initiatives within a newly expanded facility.

Job Description

  • Improve manufacturing processes and plant performance
  • Lead equipment installations, startups, and commissioning projects
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
  • Support preventative maintenance initiatives and reliability programs
  • Partner with maintenance and outside vendors on repairs and upgrades
  • Maintain technical documentation and equipment records
  • Support CMMS implementation and maintenance planning
  • Train maintenance personnel on equipment and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Production, and Quality teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Plant Engineering experience with an engineering degree OR 8-10+ years of related industrial maintenance/engineering experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, controls, conveyors, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic
  • Project management experience within manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
