Job DescriptionIn this role you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Reviewing product designs for manufacturability, tolerances, and cost considerationsDefining manufacturing processes for new components and assembliesDetermining fixture and gage requirements and coordinating procurement or fabricationCreating process routes, work instructions, and bills of material in the ERP systemReviewing Engineering Change Orders and updating all related documentationCollaborating with engineering, quality, supervision, and shop‑floor personnel to improve productivity and qualityParticipating in root cause analysis and corrective action activitiesSupporting shop‑floor troubleshooting and documentation improvementsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
