MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantPrevious experience in a manufacturing engineering and/or quality engineering role.Strong hands-on experience working within a manufacturing environment.Ability to independently investigate problems and implement effective solutions.Experience interacting directly with customers or managing customer concerns.Comfortable navigating challenging customer conversations and resolving issues professionally.Knowledge of quality processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively with production, operations, and leadership teams.Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Degree preferred but not required.
