Job Description

The Mechanical Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

Develop detailed mechanical designs for new products, fabrication tools, and test fixtures.
Perform intermediate‑level mechanical analyses (thermal, structural, tolerance) with senior engineering guidance.
Support projects from initial concept through production release.
Prepare complete engineering documentation packages in accordance with configuration control standards.
Contribute to engineering design reviews with calculations, drawings, and technical justification.
Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to communicate technical findings.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of mechanical engineering experience (industry or relevant project‑based work).
Experience designing electronic or electromechanical products.
Working knowledge of mechanical analysis techniques (thermal, structural, tolerance stack‑ups).
Ability to create clear engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Comfortable working in a regulated, high‑reliability engineering environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, as required.
