The organization values technical expertise, continuous improvement, and practical problem-solving, making it an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working on complex products in a fast-paced setting.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and improve electromechanical products and component solutions.Lead and participate in technical design reviews and engineering discussions.Support the creation of product requirements, specifications, schedules, and development plans.Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to new product innovation initiatives.Develop testing procedures and perform product verification and validation activities.Build and evaluate prototypes for customer demonstrations and product trials.Perform engineering calculations and technical analyses to support design decisions.Create, review, and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials using CAD software.Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, product management, suppliers, and external partners.Drive engineering change processes and support continuous product improvement efforts.Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables throughout the product lifecycle.Present project updates, prepare technical reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when required.Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions and product designs.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
