Job Description

  • Design, develop, and support engineered products and assemblies from concept through production.
  • Create and review technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications.
  • Perform testing, analysis, and validation activities to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Maintain engineering documentation, bills of materials, and related system records.
  • Develop manufacturing and assembly processes to support production needs.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and support project objectives.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Provide engineering support for new product development, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting efforts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment.
  • Experience working with specialized electronic, RF, fiber optic, cable, or connectivity products.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software and technical drawing creation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting products through design, testing, and production phases.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
