Job Description

  • Design and develop innovative mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present detailed technical reports and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in mechanical engineering.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, manufacturing, or a related engineering environment.
  • Experience working with specialized electronic, RF, fiber optic, cable, or connectivity products.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software and technical drawing creation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting products through design, testing, and production phases.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
