MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.7+ years of machine design experience within industrial automation, custom equipment, robotics, or related environments.Minimum of 5 years of experience using SolidWorks for design and modeling.Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead complex projects while balancing multiple priorities.Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility highly preferred.
