Top National GC is looking for a Mechanical or MEP PM/SPM to support their project management team. Initial Data Center project is in greater Atlanta with future projects across the US and Southeast.

Job Description

  • Manage mechanical systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Address and resolve any technical challenges or issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in construction projects.
  • Experience working on light industrial construction projects.
  • Experience working on data center construction projects.
  • Experience managing mechanical installations and commissioning processes.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle project documentation effectively and maintain records.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in construction.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
