Job Description

  • Manage mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project financials.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
  • Manage equipment procurement and installation activities.
  • Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and profitability objectives are met.
  • For service-focused roles, oversee multiple concurrent projects and customer accounts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or related construction projects.
  • Strong commercial project management background.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable managing project finances and client relationships.
  • Experience with equipment replacement and service-related project work is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
