Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and project teams across multiple projects.
  • Own portfolio-level P&L performance, forecasting, cash flow, and margin management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.
  • Lead pursuits, proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Support estimating, preconstruction, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Drive growth within the industrial, manufacturing, utility, energy, and water/wastewater markets.
  • Champion operational excellence while supporting employee development and succession planning.

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance and project delivery.
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects valued at $15M-$25M+.
  • Background in industrial, mechanical, process piping, manufacturing, energy, utility, or water/wastewater construction.
  • Strong understanding of design-build delivery, project controls, forecasting, and construction operations.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Experience leading project teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred.
  • OSHA-10 certification, valid driver's license, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
