Mechanical Superintendent- $200M Annual Revenue- NH

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities on-site to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Manage and resolve any on-site challenges or conflicts promptly and effectively.
• Oversee the installation, inspection, and testing of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among on-site personnel.
