The company partners with globally recognized medical OEMs and is committed to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead process development and manufacturing improvements utilizing Lean methodologies.Support new product introduction (NPI), validation activities, and process optimization initiatives.Develop tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing solutions to improve productivity and reduce cost.Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.Create and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, validation protocols, and process specifications.Lead costing and quoting efforts for new business opportunities across multiple manufacturing sites.Evaluate manufacturability, identify DFM opportunities, and support customer proposal development.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, suppliers, and commercial teams.Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and internal quality system requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
