With a strong backlog, collaborative culture, and commitment to employee development, they offer the best of both worlds: marquee projects and a team-oriented environment where employees are valued.Job DescriptionThe MEP Coordinator - Healthcare will:Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across multiple active projects.Lead MEP coordination efforts from design through construction.Facilitate coordination and clash detection meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.Identify constructability issues and drive solutions before they impact shcedule or budgets.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure seamless installation and execution.Review drawings, models, and specifications to maintain project quality and efficiency.Support large ground-up and major renovation projects in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and institutional construction.Utilizie industry-leading tools including Procore, Bluebeam, P6, CAD and Revit.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
