Job Description

The MEP Manager will report to the Project Director and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes on mission critical projects.

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of all MEP systems across large-scale data center builds
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Oversee procurement strategies including OFCI/CFCI equipment coordination
  • Collaborate with project management, field operations, and commissioning teams
  • Drive MEP sequencing, installation, and system integration across complex builds
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover processes
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and performance

The Successful Applicant

For the MEP Manager we are seeking:

  • 7-12 years of MEP experience in commercial, industrial, or mission critical construction
  • Strong background in data center or complex infrastructure projects preferred
  • Deep knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling systems, generators, and commissioning
  • Experience managing large MEP scopes on projects ($50M+)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
  • Willingness to travel across Texas or work on assignment-based projects
