Job Description

* Lead MEP coordination efforts from preconstruction through project turnover and warranty phases.

* Manage and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection trade partners.

* Partner with owners, design consultants, field teams, and project leadership to resolve technical issues.

* Review drawings, schedules, constructability concerns, and commissioning activities.

* Support successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining quality, schedule, and operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Project Manager should have:

* 8-15 years of MEP experience within construction, building systems, facilities, or specialty contracting.

* Background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building systems coordination.

* Experience interfacing directly with clients, consultants, and project teams.

* Strong technical understanding of commercial building systems and trade sequencing.

* Stable career history demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and long-term commitment.
