Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of MEP systems for data center construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to address project requirements and concerns.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in MEP Project Management, Engineering, or Mission Critical Construction
  • Proven experience supporting or managing data center, mission-critical, advanced technology, or large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, generators, UPS systems, and critical power systems
  • Experience with MEP coordination, commissioning, and startup processes
  • Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and cost control practices
  • Experience reviewing and coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
