Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all MEP aspects of data center construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Review and approve technical designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on MEP systems
  • Prior data center or mission-critical construction experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with large-scale hyperscale data center projects is highly desirable
  • Experience managing MEP subcontractor procurement, buyout, coordination, and financial performance
  • Strong understanding of construction budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost controls
  • Experience coordinating complex MEP scopes with design and field teams
  • Familiarity with commissioning and turnover processes
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel based on project requirements
