Job Description

As the MEP Project Manager, reporting to the Operations Leadership team, you will oversee full‑cycle delivery of complex building systems projects while driving budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing large‑scale MEP project scopes exceeding $20M
  • Leading project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary design, engineering, and field execution teams
  • Overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring quality and compliance
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Providing mentorship and leadership to project engineers and support staff
  • Supporting integrated project delivery and front‑end design coordination

The Successful Applicant

For the MEP Project Manager role we are seeking:

  • A technical degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
  • Experience delivering major MEP projects ($20M+ scope)
  • Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage clients
  • Background in MEP‑focused general contracting or specialty subcontracting
  • Experience in design‑heavy project environments or integrated project delivery
  • Bonus: Business development or client‑facing exposure
  • Not suitable: Candidates coming from an Owner's Representative background
