Job Description

The MEP Project Manager - Speciality Contractor - NoVA key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field teams.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive installation and commissioning activities for critical building systems.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, and operations stakeholders.
  • Support the successful delivery of complex mission-critical facilities and advanced infrastructure projects.

The Successful Applicant

The MEP Project Manager - Speciality Contractor - NoVA should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scopes on large construction projects.
  • Background in large-scale commercial projects, or heavy MEP projects.
  • Understanding of critical systems such as chillers, coolant distribution units, power distribution units, and related infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant project management experience, though more senior candidates will also be considered.
