The Dallas office is one of the standout performers with lots of room to grow with their mission critical and large commercial footprint.Job DescriptionThe MEP Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary technical and operational leader for all MEP scopes on assigned projects.Lead the full lifecycle of MEP project delivery from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeoutProvide technical leadership and oversight across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systemsManage MEP budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders to ensure financial performanceOversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, and ongoing performance management across multiple tradesDirect BIM/VDC coordination efforts, ensuring clash detection, constructability, and schedule adherencePartner with Superintendents and field teams to drive schedule, quality, safety, and commissioning readinessAct as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and third-party stakeholders on all MEP mattersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
