Job Description

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP aspects for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project objectives.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety and performance standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
