About Our Client

Are you a proven Senior Superintendent with a strong General Contractor background and deep expertise in MEP-intensive healthcare construction? Our client, a highly respected and growing General Contractor in South Florida, is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee complex healthcare, central utility plant, and chiller plant projects throughout the Miami market.

Job Description

    • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare and infrastructure projects
    • Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules and recovery plans
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
    • Drive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
    • Oversee installation and commissioning of complex MEP systems
    • Coordinate inspections, testing, turnover, and closeout processes
    • Partner closely with project management teams, clients, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders
    • Lead pull-planning and look-ahead scheduling efforts

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of construction superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven experience serving as Lead or Senior Superintendent on healthcare construction projects
  • Strong background managing MEP-intensive projects
  • Experience with:
    • Chiller Plant/ Energy plant Construction and Upgrades
    • Hospital Expansions and Renovations
    • Federal construction
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, and field operations
  • Ability to lead large field teams and multiple subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
