We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission critical systems on large-scale data center construction projects throughout Texas. Job Description

  • Manage all MEP field activities on mission critical and data center projects.
  • Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and commissioning teams.
  • Drive schedule performance and milestone achievement for MEP scopes.
  • Work closely with Project Management, QA/QC, and commissioning teams.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and daily field activities.
  • Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Support startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover processes.
  • Proactively identify and resolve construction conflicts.
  • Enforce site safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and project communication.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing requirements, and owner expectations.
  • Travel throughout Texas to support active projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent - Data Center should have:

  • 5+ years of MEP construction experience on commercial, industrial, mission critical, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar complex projects.
  • Experience managing mechanical and electrical subcontractors in the field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with data centers, mission critical facilities, semiconductor projects, industrial facilities, or large-scale technical environments preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment with demanding schedules.
  • Open to Texas travel and project-based assignments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
