The Dallas office is one of the standout performers with lots of room to grow with their mission critical and large commercial footprint.Job DescriptionLead all MEP and life-safety construction activities from rough-in through startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover.Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and utility installations with overall project sequencing.Enforce all safety regulations and maintain a safety-first culture across the jobsite.Conduct contractor orientations, field inspections, and quality-control reviews of MEP work.Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower levels, productivity, and schedule adherence.Assist with look-ahead planning, schedule updates, procurement tracking, and long-lead equipment coordination.Resolve field conflicts and collaborate with project leadership to maintain project milestones, budget targets, and owner satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
