Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities on mission-critical construction sites.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines for MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to MEP subcontractors and on-site teams.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with MEP installations.
